A number of Salt Lake area educators participated in a long-range planning project workshop at Utah State University recently. The project is designed to revamp home economics education in Utah for the 1990s and beyond. It addresses changes women have faced in recent years, including increasing numbers of working women who have children.

The local participants included Gloria D.
