Thirteen Utah advertising agencies won a combined total of nearly 100 ADDY awards during the American Advertising Federation's annual District 12 leadership meeting in Denver.

Evans Advertising of Salt Lake City won 18 ADDY awards, including six first place gold awards and six second place silver awards for campaigns for Zions Bancorporation, Boy Scouts of America, Utah Opera Co., Quaker State Minit-Lube, Utah Power & Light Co., JB's Restaurants and the World Senior Games.Fotheringham and Associates of Salt Lake City won 14 awards, including three gold medals and six silver medals for the Utah Transit Authority, Hansen Planetarium, American First Credit Union and Intermountain Health Care campaigns.

Dahlin, Smith & White Inc. of Salt Lake City, also won 14 awards, include three second place silver medals for work on campaigns for Ballet West, Snowbird, Novell, Lan Times and the University of Utah Blood Bank/Center.

Williams and Rockwood of Salt Lake City won 12 awards for clients including the Utah Symphony, United Savings, Bonneville Pacific, KSL Television, Hill Martin and Waking Owl Books.

Borders, Perrin and Norrander of Salt Lake City received nine awards for the Red Lion Hotel, First Security Bank and Pioneer Valley Hospital. DCE Marketing of Salt Lake City received six awards, Harris and Love had four awards and Cole and Weber had four awards.
