Second District Judge Ronald O. Hyde has postponed until May 18 the sentencing of a Roy pharmacist who pleaded guilty to issuing a false or forged prescription.

H. John March, 36, Friday told Hyde he had failed to report to Adult Probation and Parole officers for a presentence report because he had been busy with other aspects of his case.March, who faces two counts of drug distribution in Davis County, said he had been busy working with that county's prosecutors on the additional charges.

March also told Hyde he had been working with the state Division of Occupational and Professional Licensing, which suspended his license.
