The entire population of Funk-ley, Minn., is in Minneapolis this week.

Led by Funkley Mayor Judy Krabbenhoft and Clerk-Treasurer Jim Krabbenhoft, all 17 residents of Minnesota's smallest town bused the 260 miles to the state's largest city Sunday, taking in a dinner play Sunday night. On Monday, they were to appear on a radio program on WCCO-AM, "do lunch" with Minnesota Twins broadcaster John Gordon and take in a Twins game.

The Funkleyites were invited to Minneapolis by WCCO radio personality Tim Russell to discuss small-town life and the history of their northern Minnesota town.

Meanwhile, the town is being guarded by the Funkley sheriff, who is not a resident of Funkley.
