The parents of a college student allegedly killed in a sacrificial rite by a drug-smuggling cult in Mexico have turned down Oprah Winfrey.

Oprah's Monday show will be about the cult, but James and Helen Kilroy of Santa Fe, Texas, the parents of University of Texas student Mark Kilroy, say it is too soon to talk about their tragedy on television.Instead, Winfrey will have Texas Attorney General Jim Mattox, Kilroy's friend Bill Huddleston and Huddleston's mother, Gwen, on the show to talk about the voodoo gang, which is believed responsible for at least 15 deaths.
