KRSP (AM-1060 and FM-103.5) will serve as the voice of "WalkAmerica" this weekend.

Also, anyone collecting pledges of $103 or more in Saturday's walk is welcome to join the KRSP team by bringing the completed pledge forms to the station offices for T-shirts and prizes (ranging from Lagoon and Raging Waters passes to TVs, radios and trips."WalkAmerica" is billed as Utah's largest participation event, and this year's walk is expected to raise $300,000 for the March of Dimes along the Wasatch Front. KRSP has been involved with WalkAmerica since 1973 and has helped raise $3.5 million to help fight birth defects in Utah.

-KUER (FM-90) will air "My Sparkling Parade: A Tribute to Duke Ellington" Saturday at 7 p.m.

April 29 is the 90th anniversary of Ellington's birth.

-KBYU (FM-89.1) will air the final broadcast of the 1988-89 Metropolitan Opera season Saturday at 10:30 a.m. with "L'Elisir d'Amore."

-KSL (AM-1160) will broadcast the New York Mets at Houston Astros game Saturday night at 6:20.

-KMGR (FM-107.5) is awarding Neal Diamond cassettes to correct callers, all day long, during the next several weeks as a prelude to Diamond's June 16 Salt Lake concert.

Correct callers also qualify for the grand prize, two front row seats to Diamond's concert and other prizes.
