The Pittsbrugh Steelers Wednesday signed four free-agent rookies to contracts and increased the team's roster to 71, including the 13 players drafted earlier this week.

The players signed by the Steelers were Fine Unga, a running back from Weber State; Kevin Nelson, a wide receiver from Texas; Terence O'Shea, a tight end from California of Pennsylvania; and Robert Kovach, a guard from West Virginia.Unga, who is 5-foot-9 1/2 and 250 pounds, rushed for 1,000 yards in each of his two seasons at Weber State after transferring from Dixie Junior College in Utah.
