A Utah truck driver accused of murdering a Flagstaff teenager was indicted Thursday on four charges.

The Coconino County grand jury handed up the counts against Robert Casey, 47, of Ogden, Utah. Superior Court officials said Judge Richard Managum would hear the case, although no arraignment date was set.Casey is charged with first-degree murder, kidnapping, child molestation and sexual assault in the November beating death of 14-year-old James Lee Haney. The boy disappeared while looking for recyclable aluminum cans.

His body was found, hidden beneath old blankets, the next day in a transient camp.

Casey was arrested about two weeks later in northern Utah and now is being held without bond pending trial.
