Two men arrested in connection with the spilling of 400 gallons of an oil product early Tuesday at Petroleum Processors Inc. have been charged with criminal mischief.
Mike Molder, 25, Orem, and Michael Green, 34, Provo, were charged Thursday in 4th District Court. Judge Lynn Davis set Molder's bail at $15,000. Green was released on his own recognizance.Petroleum Processors Inc. is a subcontractor for Geneva Steel and is located on Geneva property.
Criminal mischief is a third-degree felony punishable by up to five years in prison and a fine of $5,000.
