Folio Corp., a Provo-based computer software company, has entered into a marketing agreement with Infodata Systems, Falls Church, Va., a company dealing in IBM mainframe text management software and services.

Brad D. Pelo, Folio president, said the agreement was reached during Infodata's international user conference in Tysons Corner, Va., where those attending watched a demonstration of Folio VIEWS, a software program that greatly increases the capacity of software in personal computers.Under the agreement, Infodata will resell VIEWS as the companion desktop computing product to its mainframe INQUIRE/Text product. VIEWS will enable users to work with text created locally or downloaded from INQUIRE.
