Shoppers have come to appreciate the Sell-Off because it gives them a chance to see all the major makes in one location. No need to drive from showroom to showroom, from one location to the next, from one end of town to the other.
Parked next to an Acura, for example, will be a Pontiac, and next to it a Dodge, and next to it an Olds, and to it a Mercedes Benz, and to it a custom van, and so on.
It is an excellent opportunity for serious car buyers to compare all the models, then pick the one they like best.

Visitors to the show will be able to compare costs and features of the different cars and trucks, as well as compare model against model. The whole time, of course, with a sales expert there to answer questions.
Over 30 domestic and foreign auto makers represented by 20 local dealers will be in the show.
There will also be demonstration cars available for qualified buyers to take out and test drive. There will also be a special area for potential buyers to take their old vehicles and have them appraised.

There is no charge to get into the Salt Palace showroom. Admission is free. Show hours will be Friday from 3 to 10 p.m., Saturday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Sunday noon to 6 p.m.
