Paul Garza has been promoted to deputy director over engineering and maintenance at the Salt Lake International Airport.
Garza was previously facilities maintenance superintendent and has worked for the Airport Authority for eight years. Previously, he spent 20 years in the U.S. Navy, where he held positions in operations and facilities maintenance. He is a graduate of St. John's University in New York and of the Naval Officer Candidate School at Rhode Island."I believe Paul is the right person for the job and he will provide the leadership required to meet the demands of a rapidly growing air transportation system," said Lou Miller, airport director.
