Gov. Norm Bangerter has declared the week of April 7-15 Job's Daughters Days in Utah.

More than 500 members of the International Order of Job's Daughters and adult advisers from 18 bethels in Utah will gather in Salt Lake City Friday for the opening of their 43rd annual session.Activities will include competitions in choir, drill teams, skits and arts and crafts, a bazaar, a charity hike, installation of Grand Bethel officers and a dance.

The Miss Utah Job's Daughter competition will be held at 9 a.m. Sunday, with the winner going to the annual session of the Supreme Guardian Council in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, in August.
