More than 1,100 classes will be offered during Brigham Young University's Campus Education Week in August, with more emphasis given this year to evening classes to accommodate those who work.

Mack Palmer, director of Education Week, said classes will run Aug. 21 through 25 with a theme of "Education: Cultivating the Mind and Spirit."Forty percent of the presentations will be general education courses, Palmer said; 15 percent will be in religion; 15 percent will be in family relations; 10 percent will involve self-improvement; 10 percent will address women's issues; and 10 percent will be geared for youth.
