Most Utahns lost an hour of sleep Sunday morning to enjoy an extra daylight hour in the evening.

But according to a Deseret News/KSL-TV poll conducted by Dan Jones & Associates poll, they don't mind.According to the poll, 42 percent strongly or somewhat favor Daylight Savings Time.

Thirty-two percent don't care one way or the other, 7 percent somewhat oppose it and 19 percent strongly oppose the time change.

Like it or not, the clock sprung forward one hour Sunday.
