Entertainer Jerry Lewis is moving his annual Labor Day Muscular Dystrophy telethon from Caesars Palace, where it has been held for the past seven years.

Lewis said this week the telethon has outgrown the Las Vegas sports pavilion and will be moved to Cashman Field Center, an entertainment complex near downtown.The 1988 telethon raised a record $41.1 million and was carried by 200 U.S. television stations.
