The Orem Department of Public Safety is continuing to investigate a rash of auto burglaries that occurred Monday and early Tuesday, according to Gerald Nielsen, department spokesman.

Nielsen said that more than 19 cars were burglarized along Eighth North, between Second and Eighth East. The average cost of goods missing from each car was set at $200. Some windows were broken, while other cars were unlocked.Those with information concerning the incidents are to call the department at 224-7070.
