Hard-rockers Guns N' Roses, who had been asked to headline an AIDS benefit concert for the Gay Men's Health Crisis, have been dropped from the June 8 Radio City Music Hall event in New York.

A spokeswoman for the band, which currently has two albums in Billboard magazine's Top 10, said the GMHC had a "negative reaction to the lyrical content of one of the band's songs."A song on the band's recent EP "G N'R Lies" has references to homosexuals and blacks that many have found offensive.
