Vernal police are asking the public's help in locating a woman missing for nearly six months.

Rhonda Fae Karren, 33, was last seen about 9 p.m. Sept. 28, 1987, the day she returned from a two-day, work-related conference in Salt Lake City.Karren dropped off a fellow K-mart employee then went home, where a struggle ensued. She has not been seen since that night.

She is described as 5 feet 6 inches tall, about 160 pounds, with green eyes and blond hair.

Anyone with information about her is asked to call Crime Solvers, 964-2255, which is offering a reward of up to $1,000.
