Marilyn Quayle says she draws inspiration from the likes of astronaut Sally Ride, Supreme Court Justice Sandra Day O'Connor and C.J. Walker, the hair products mogul who became the first black woman millionaire. The wife of Vice President Dan Quayle made a personally written speech at a program to mark National Women's History Month while an elementary school chorus sang "I Am Woman." Quayle stressed that women must keep their children in school, encourage public and private educational partnerships and encourage dreams so that "all of our young people can dwell in possibilities."
