The changing of the guard is on schedule for Soviet inspectors stationed at Hercules Aerospace.

Seven inspectors left Utah Monday for the Soviet Union, and eight new inspectors arrived, said Mary Wilson, spokeswoman for the On-Site Inspection Agency that oversees the Soviets.Up to 30 Soviets can be stationed in Utah at the permanent inspection site. The inspectors ensure no more motors for the Pershing 2 missiles, covered under the Intermediate-range Nuclear Forces Treaty, are made or shipped from Hercules.

A similar exchange took place in Votkinsk, Soviet Union, where American inspectors are stationed.
