Jurors in the Singer-Swapp trial continued deliberations Thursday, after adjourning Wednesday night without reaching a verdict.

All four defendants - Vickie Singer, Addam Swapp, Jonathan Swapp and John Timothy Singer - are accused of attempting to kill FBI officers during the Jan. 28 shootout; using a firearm then; assaulting federal officers during the 13-day armed standoff; and using a firearm in the standoff.Vickie Singer and Addam Swapp are also charged with blowing up the Kamas LDS Stake Center on Jan. 16, using a bomb in the commission of a crime, and possessing a bomb. Only Vickie Singer faces a charge of possessing a sawed-off shotgun.

In some of these counts, a defendant may be charged with aiding and abetting, but the penalty is the same for that under federal law as it is for actually doing the act charged.
