A former respiratory therapy technician, originally arrested on charges of molesting three female patients at Utah Valley Regional Medical Center, will be sentenced April 13 in 4th Circuit Court for lewdness.

Kelly Hammon, 28, Springville, was previously charged with forcible sexual abuse, a second-degree felony. That charge was reduced to lewdness, a Class B misdemeanor, as a plea bargain during the man's preliminary hearing in 4th Circuit Court.Hammon was charged in connection with incidents alleged to have occurred Feb. 5 while he was working at the medical center.
