Salt Lake County sheriff's detectives are tracing leads in an armed robbery at a children's clothing store.

A man entered JoLene's, 5618 S. Redwood Road, three times and said he was looking for a specific item for his child, a sheriff's report said. He left and said he needed to check with his wife about the item he bought.The third time he entered the store, the man picked up a night shirt, took it to the cash register and pulled a large kitchen-type knife on the employee, the report said.

Witnesses told deputies the man removed money from the register and ordered the 18-year-old cashier and her 33-year-old customer to the back of the store. No one was injured and an undetermined amount of cash was taken.
