Dallas-based E-Systems Inc. and Seattle-based Boeing Commercial Airplane Co. have made a long-term agreement for Boeing to purchase E-Systems manufactured flight control equipment currently used on Boeing airliners - an agreement that means continued jobs for Utah.

Under the terms, Boeing will purchase the components through 1996.E-Systems said its Montek Division in Salt Lake City will do the work on the components, which should be worth $175 million to $200 million total.
