It was Moon's driving layup that put UVCC up 99-98 with a minute left in regulation. Moon then hit both ends of a one-and-one with 46 seconds to go to make it 101-98. Baker then tossed in a 35-footer to tie it at 101 and send it into overtime.
Baker hit another three-pointer early in the extra period to give North Idaho their biggest lead of the game, 106-103. UVCC used a Moon bucket and freethrow to regain the lead 108-106 with 1:46 to go. After Baker scored again to knot it at 108, Mark Santiago hit two clutch charity tosses. Moon then sealed it with a driving layup with 27 seconds left.
