Richard and Linda Eyre, prominent authorities on parenting, will be the keynote speakers at the 12th annual meeting of the Utah Association of Women on Saturday. Registration is at 8:30 a.m. at the Salt Lake Country Complex - North Building for the conference, 2001 S. State Street.
A "Citizen of the Year" award will be presented as a highlight of the morning session which begins at 9. New officers will also be installed.Other speakers at the one-day conference include workshop speakers: Stan Weed: "Targeting Solutions for Teen Pregnancy;" Ruth Gulbransen: "Report from Governor's Task Force on Teenage Pregnancy;" Panel: "How Schools are Addressing the Problem of Teen Pregnancy.'
The conference is open to the public. The cost of $10 includes the day's activties and a light lunch. Reservations may be made at the door.
