Lisa Badger, account supervisor-creative director for the public relations firm of Zabriskie and Associates, has been appointed president of the Intermountain Chapter of the Public Relations Society of America.

Badger graduated from the University of Utah and in 1984 was named top scholar of the 1984 journalism/-mass communication graduating class. At 28, she is the youngest person ever appointed chapter president.Elected first vice president was Elese Adams, community relations representative for Parkside Recovery Center in Salt Lake City. She received a bachelor's degree in theater from Utah State University.

Clinton Giese, public relations director for Intermountain Health Care, was appointed second vice president. He received a bachelor's degree in communications from Brigham Young University and is an accredited member of the Public Relations Society of America.

Scott Trotter, account executive for R & R Advertising, was appointed secretary-treasurer. He received a bachelor's degree in communications from BYU and previously worked for Cellular One and Hal Gardiner and Associates Public Relations.
