Three small planes were damaged by "jet blast" Wednesday at the Salt Lake International Airport when a corporate jet used too much thrust on a turn.

Airport Operations Manager Ron Malin said the Boeing 727, owned by Trimark Corp., Memphis, Tenn., had just landed and was taxiing on the east ramp about 2 p.m.Blast from the engines damaged the tail on two small planes and wing flaps on a third, Malin said. No injuries resulted.

The Federal Aviation Administration is investigating the incident.
