Kally Heslop, 29, Kaysville, who received the 210th heart transplant performed by the UTAH-Cardiac Transplant team Feb. 9, remained in good condition Friday evening at University Hospital.

John Dwan, the hospital's director of community relations, said Heslop, a mother of four children, ages 9, 6, 3 and 7 months, was "doing extremely well and progressing without complications."The Davis County woman escaped a narrow brush with death when the heart of a 22-year-old Las Vegas trauma victim became available. Heslop had two heart attacks, a complication of pregnancy.

A Kally Heslop Medical Fund has been set up at the Barnes Bank, Kaysville, 84037.

Judy Scadlock, the patient's mother, Friday quoted her daughter as saying she appreciates the support, faith and prayers of people.
