Two members of the Indianapolis Ice hockey team were jailed on disorderly conduct charges after a disturbance at a party at their southeastside apartment complex.

Brent Sapergia, 26, a former player for the Salt Lake Golden Eagles, and Donald J. Herczeg, 24, were released on their own recognizance from the Marion County Lockup after spending about seven hours there Sunday.Several team members were reportedly celebrating their 12-3 victory Saturday night, in which Sapergia scored three goals, when Ward received complaints about the noise. Ward said he placed Sapergia under arrest when he began yelling obscenities at him. Herczeg was arrested after he started yelling at Ward when Sapergia was handcuffed and taken outside, Ward said.
