Forest Edmond Williams, a 39-year-old federal fugitive arrested in Utah, has waived extradition and will be sent back to Alabama to face 11-year-old charges.

Williams appeared before U.S. Magistrate Ronald Boyce and said he would not fight the attempt to send him to Birmingham, Ala., on a charge of probation violation 11 years ago. The probation was on a securities charge.He is also wanted by the Flagstaff, Ariz., police for allegedly escaping jail while awaiting trail on charges of rape and robbery.
