Congressmen and public land management experts, including James Watt, former U.S. Secretary of the Interior, will discuss "Public Land Management: Policies and Problems" at Brigham Young University Feb. 17.

The conference, beginning at 9 a.m., will feature various sessions addressing the uses of public land in Utah. All sessions will be in 303 J. Reuben Clark Law Building and are open to the public. The event is sponsored by the Natural Resources Law Forum.In addition to Watt, featured guests will include U.S. Rep. Wayne Owens; Sen. Jake Garn; and Roland G. Robinson, deputy director of the Bureau of Land Management.
