A Utah-based political action committee that was fined $5,000 last year for not filing reports on time with the Federal Election Commission has been fined again, the FEC announced Tuesday.

Care Enterprises PAC, 1450 S. 15th East, Clearfield, with Ernest J. Neilsen as its treasurer, agreed to pay a $300 fine this time for not filing reports on time, the FEC said.According to FEC documents, the PAC was a month late in filing a report due on April 15 last year and was a month and half late filing a form due July 15.
