A warm hand of fellowship and a friendly spirit seem to bond Ann Greenwood, left, Myrk Jones, right, and an unidentified associate as they share a few minutes with each other before meeting with legislators Monday to discuss senior citizen issues. The three were among some 300 from Salt Lake County at the annual "Seniors Days at the Legislature." For three days, the group will meet to discuss legislation that will affect the elderly in Utah, meet with legislators and learn how to lobby. Gov. Norm Bangerter urged those attending to get involved. "Use your influence and your abilities to help us set the agenda for the future," he said.
