Hundreds of ship passengers and crew members, including scores of Americans, arrived in Buenos Aires Monday after their vessel went aground in Antarctica during the weekend, officials said.

No major injuries were reported among the rescued tourists and crew.The stricken ship, the 400-foot Bahia Paraiso, ran aground off the Ant-arctic Peninusla Saturday after it had visited U.S. Palmer Station, a research base managed by the National Science Foundation in Washington, D.C.
