Two Ogden men have been bound over to stand trial for allegedly embezzling more than $100,000 from their company.

During a preliminary hearing Monday, 2nd Circuit Judge Brent West ordered that John P. Becker, 49, stand trial on felony charges of communications fraud and unlawful activity. Last Thursday, West ordered that Robert A. Dalton, 54, stand trial in connection with the embezzlement.Both men are former employees of Mountain Oil Company. Becker was an accountant, and Dalton was the vice president and general manager. The retail gasoline company has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy.

The theft allegedly occurred in 1985 and 1986.
