One of the largest processors of George Bush's favorite snack food is hoping to catapult the product to national popularity with a new brand: Presidential Pork Rinds.

"I'll be on the street with them next week," Bill Connor, sales manager for Evans Food Products Co., said Friday. The brand is a take-off on the president's well-known predilection for the porcine product. A gift jar of pork rinds replaced Ronald Reagan's crystal container of jellybeans on the table at Bush's first Cabinet meeting this week.
