Former President Reagan is expected to command more than $30,000 a speech on the lecture circuit, but his first formal post-White House engagement will be a 78th birthday freebie.

Reagan will address students at the University of Southern California on Feb. 6, his birthday, and discuss his future, the university announced. Free seats to the address will be allocated by lottery."Mr. Reagan is looking forward to speaking with students and revealing what he plans to do in the near future," Reagan spokesman Mark Weinberg said.
