Make room for Madonna. The pop siren has signed a worldwide sponsorship and advertising agreement with Pepsi-Cola similar to Michael Jackson's long run with the cola maker. Filming begins this week in Los Angeles for a series of Madonna commercials to air starting in February. One spot, to be broadcast in March, will debut the title track "Like A Prayer" from her next album. Pepsi will also sponsor her next world concert tour, beginning later this year. "Madonna is instantly recognized and has tremendous consumer appeal. Once again, we're centering our global marketing campaign on the international language of music," said PepsiCo Worldwide Beverages chief Roger Enrico.
