Brackman Brothers Bagel Bakery has relocated its office and production facilities to 3541 S. 300 West in a former ice cream factory, which company officials believe will allow the firm to grow in an effective and efficient manner.

Brackman Brothers Inc., was formed in 1989 to market fresh bagels and related products and currently has six locations in Salt Lake City, Park City and Provo with three other stores on the drawing board. Sales reached $6 million last year.The company produces 40,000 bagels, a variety of cream cheese and related items daily. It purchases 40,000 pounds of flour weekly and near 40,000 pounds of cream cheese from local vendors.
