Actor-playwright Kevin Kling will perform his short one-man play "21-A" Friday, Jan. 27, in the Social and Behavioral Sciences Building auditorium on the University of Utah campus.
In the play Kling portrays 10 people on a bus - one of whom is a killer.Kling's performance at the U. has been arranged by David Kranes as part of his current University Professorship. The 50-minute play will begin at 1:10 p.m. There is no admission charge, and refreshments will be served afterwards.
Kling and his play have traveled the world the past three years. Another Kling play, "Lloyd's Prayer," was the stand-out at last year's Humana Festival in Louisville, Ky. A new play, "The Seven Dwarfs," is currently selling out in Minneapolis.
