The American Institute of Chemical Engineers has awarded the Brigham Young University AIChE organization the Outstanding Student Chapter Award.

This is the fourth consecutive year that the BYU group, one among 13 of 145 chapters across the United States, has received the honor.Representing BYU at the national awards ceremony in Washington, D.C., were Randy S. Lewis of Pacifica, Calif., and D. Keith Roper of American Fork, president and vice president of the BYU chapter.
