The Institute of Real Estate Management will give away copies of its 1989 "Income and Expense Analysis" to property managers and owners who contribute data to the publication.

Data must be submitted before March 1, and will be held in "strict confidence," a spokesman said.The 12-month research study of 4,000 buildings - apartments, condominiums, office buildings, and federally assisted rental housing - in more than 200 cities is provided as a service to association membership and contributors.

Cost of the publication is $95.
