Zsa Zsa Gabor has filed a lawsuit against Delta Air Lines over a Jan. 6 incident in which she was escorted off a flight for refusing to cage her two dogs. "They started it, this is just the kickoff," said Gabor's attorney, Bernard Cohen of Hollywood, Fla. "She's not going to retreat. She's on the offensive."

The lawsuit, filed Wednesday in Palm Beach County, Fla., where Gabor lives, seeks at least $10 million in damages from the Atlanta-based airline.Gabor, 69, was escorted off a Delta jet when it landed at Hartsfield Atlanta International Airport for a scheduled stop during a flight from Los Angeles to West Palm Beach. Delta officials said the actress was belligerent and used offensive language when flight attendants asked her to put her two Shih Tzu dogs, Genghis Khan and Macho Man, back into their carrier.
