for the fact I've been robbed of my father."
An undercover police officer took a paddling while posing as a high school student so he wouldn't miss an opportunity to make a drug buy, Dallas officials said.
The 25-year-old officer, whose identity is being kept secret, ran afoul of school law when he was late for classes, said Gene Ward, principal of W.T. White High School.Given the choice of after-school detention and missing a scheduled drug buy or corporal punishment, the officer submitted to the spanking, Ward said. An assistant principal administered the paddling before school officials found out the "student's" real identity, Ward said.
The drug investigation at W.T. White High resulted in 16 arrests, said police narcotics Lt. Robert Owens.
