Roger Clemens wants to stay in Boston but isn't happy with a $6 million offer from the Red Sox, his agent says. "We don't intend to accept that proposal," Randy Hendricks said Saturday when asked about the Red Sox' latest offer reportedly for $6.3 million for three years.

Clemens, a two-time Cy Young Award winner with 62 victories the last three seasons, received $1.35 million in 1988 in the second year of a two-year contract.
