Things seem to be much calmer on the "Moonlighting" set now that Cybill Shepherd has settled in with her twins, Bruce Willis has become a doting father and Glenn Gordon Caron, the show's creator, is gone. TV Guide says Shepherd was enraged when told that Caron would not come back unless she agreed to a strict code of behavior. As a result, Caron is only a writer for the show now but bad feelings between him and Shepherd still linger. "He feels as if he'd taken in a waif (Shepherd) and then the waif turned around and robbed him," a Caron ally told TV Guide. Writer Larry McMurtry, a longtime friend of Shepherd, says: "It's nonsense. He didn't take a waif off the street and she didn't rob him. She made him."
