The U.S. Postal Service will commemorate the induction of President-elect George Bush with a decorative "Inauguration Day" postmark from seven cities, including Washington, D.C., a spokeswoman says.

The pictorial cancellation will contain the name of the city, the Jan. 20 date, a drawing of the rotunda of the Capitol and the word's "Inauguration Day," said Beverly Burge. The postmarking service will only be available for the select cities, she said. Postmark collectors, however, can send post cards, posters or photographs bearing a first-class postage and a self-addressed stamped envelope to one of the selected cities.

Utahns who want to receive a listing of the cities and their zip codes should contact the Salt Lake City Division Post Office. All orders must be received on or before Jan. 20, Burge said.
