A fiery chain-reaction crash that killed four people and injured 10 others took place at the same intersection where two fatal accidents occurred five years ago.

A truck driven by Richard Hall, 37, of Warrenville, S.C., plowed into a line of cars Thursday night at a stoplight at the intersection of the Edens Expressway and U.S. 41, about 25 miles north of Chicago, causing the crash and a series of explosions, authorities said.
